Hi,

KEY Libraries Team

!

KEY Libraries is on track to reach an incredible figure - 100,000 books donated. They's thousands of lives and destinations transformed. Our objective is to help tell those stories, share the values that made them possible, and inspire the next generation of impact.

A digital touchpoint, whether a website or video, is typically a stakeholder’s first or second point of contact with the organization of KEY. The website must transform KEY’s image from a new grass-roots project to today a well-established, institutional force capable with a rich facetted history grounded in real human stories.

The Creative Solution will tackle this challenge by collaborating with KEY to collect stories/resources, structuring assets around the data/audiences and investing in strong youthful aesthetic to design modern, compelling, and impactful creative solution.

The TCS Team

5.1

Passionate TCS crew members who are excited about this project.

When you partner with TCS, you don’t get a fragmented team balancing a dozen accounts. You get one single creative who lives and breathes your project from start to end. They've been selected to lead this project based on the scope based on their skillset and what they've learnt about you. Full ownership allows them to dive deep into the nuances of your challenges, treating your business objectives as their own. They are also responsible for the project budget (65% of your paying amount), so when they need help outside of their expertise or if they fall sick they'll often head to project supports available to them.

We don't do assembly line creative and this approach also comes with some risk - if the creative and you don't align it will cause project delays. If you are concerned about this, we recommend you setup a call with the creative if you haven't already.

  • 100% Obsessive - 1 creative will own your project from start to finish, this enables them to fully focus on your project and deliver moments which WOW.

  • 100% Collaborative - We’re not marketing experts, we’re designers at heart. We’ll lean on your team for approvals/decisions on copy and direction each week.

  • Long Term Partnership - Speak to any of our past collaborators, we’re still providing them support today. We don’t disappear after the project, we ensure you are set for success.

💭 Expectations

  • Output > Feelings - We will be asking for feedback throughout the process. Please let us know as soon as possible if we are on the right track. This will save both of us time.
