📜 History & Problem Statement: Streamable was founded on a simple, powerful belief: streamers deserve much better. From day one, its founders have ensured that every interaction feels intuitive, human, and consistent. As the organization grows, they are looking towards building higher-quality systems to efficiently align and improve brand touch-points with the needs of their customers, prospects, and partners.
🎨 Solution Part 1 (Full Brand): Streamable requires a unified, striking identity applied across key assets from brand mark to marketing initiatives, and down to the product micro-interactions. TCS will connect the dots - merging your current brand equity with a sophisticated ecosystem of assets, visual elements, and brand voice. Our recommendation is to go through a full branding exercise to improve the asset bank end to end and set up a long-term sustainable system to follow.
✦ Solution Part 2 (Product Design): Because the web app is a streamer's main point of contact with your brand, it must validate word-of-mouth claims, drive intuitive key actions, and reflect your brand values. We recommend a three-step approach: perform a full UX audit, restructure the layout of core areas, and elevate the entire application to the new branding. This includes refining micro-interactions like hover states, pop-ups, and error/negative flows.
🛠️ Logistics: We recommend a brand/product side-by-side project across seven weeks of intensive research, collaboration, design, and feedback loops starting in early June. During the process, we'll have our brand design + product designer fully focused on your project enabling deep ownership and care. At the end of the process, we'll leave you with a brand book and product design kit to ensure the longevity of the changes. We'll also act as a long-term partner for Streamable and prioritize any future project requests from the organization.
🙋🏻♂️ Our Approach: We believe that people who care deeply about their mission deserve an equal amount of care and clarity in their execution. As a next-gen team of empaths and gamers, our philosophy is built around overdelivering for people we want to win. No recurring projects. No standardized templates. Everything we create is fully custom, backed by research, shaped by taste, and built with genuine care.
Defining Project Success
Brand Evokes Feelings
Every brand asset should resonate with our target audience, evoking our core values while feeling uniquely Streamable.
Intuitive User Experience
Through an intentionally crafted user experience - onboarding, retention, and product review rating statistics should improve by at least 20%.
Scalable Setup
Brand elements should be modular in nature with clear rulesets, processes and templates included in the handover. Future assets should be able to be made at a higher quality within 50% of the time.
Target Audience
IRL Streamers - who are switching devices and moving around while interacting with their chat.
Cross Platform Community - Attempting to reach audiences on Twitch/Kick simultaneously.
Technical Streamers - Those who want full control of their settings and how they can displayed to the world from visuals to voice.
Specific Requests
Maintaining Wordmark/Name - everything will be designed around maintaining the core of the current base design style.
Beyond the logo - A visual identity that contextualizes the main logo and establishes recognizable graphic elements that stand on their own for the foreseeable future.
Partner flexible - Able to align with various partners and streamers.
Accessible - Designed with W3 Accessibility and AODA standards in mind.
